It looked to me like some of the QE partners were not believers of the ongoing potential of the Dorado/Phoenix/Roc Project as evidenced by drill delays and the effective sale date of the 80% project share.
So it's hard to refute the idea that one or more cashed up minority QE partners has decided to go back and have another nibble.
It makes sense if you were a believer in the concept of a gas + liquids project, then you found oil.
