Your comment that "INL is trading at an all time historical lows." is unfortunately true given the 1:10 conversion.
Today's posible trades will not help. The 2.8 cent Buyer has withdrawn his bid and the "largish" Seller at 2.9 looks an unlikely prospect given The DOW's plunge overnight. The world is full of gloom at the moment and today will be no exception for Intec so it seems.
Intec has been "trading at a discount to its "guaranteed" cash backing." in the past. When the Hellyer Mill was valued and all Intec's "assets" were included it looked very positive. By that I mean the EAF stockpile, the Zeehan dump, etc and a working mill with a positive cashflow.
Things did not pan out as expected however.
