Pinto,
Are you asking who can remove the board of large corporations and business groups?
The directors of large corporations are removed by their shareholders. It happens often through the use of a S243 motion. Directors have to stand for reelection every couple of years and are often tapped on their shoulders. The process is clear and proscribed in detail. For example the board of AGL was recently disrupted by mr Cannon Brooks.
Business groups (and unions) have their leaders appointed by their members through a voting process as per their constitutions.
The difference with the "voice" is that its members, representing geographical groups will be appointed by a central body not elected.
This is no trivial issue. Even now there is strong division between say Jacinta Price, Lydia Thorpe, Warren Mundine and Lina Burnie. There are aboriginals supporting the ALP and the Liberals. There is strong and violent disagreement between the two tribes inhabiting Wadeye. Some towns have had to be evacuated due to intertribal violence. Aboriginals don't speak with one voice.
There is no denying that ATSIC was recognised as a disaster by both Liberal and Labor. MS Langton doesn't accept that. It was appropriately disbanded. It is likely that the same "leaders" will control the billions of dollars, assets and thousands of jobs created by the "voice". Who will hold it to account?
We all need a boss.
