    re: who is this May be good news in regard to resurrecting Oropa’s India’s diamond projects (specifically Block D-7). Look at ann on 8 Jul. Apparently this block is very very valuable. The indian joint venture partner had a big influence in securing the block for ORP against serious competition from DeBeers and Rio Tinto.
