Ha, yes. His time with Golden $acks will forever haunt him, especially after last night's 4 Corners program. I know he was gone long before that blew up, but mud sticks.
I persoanlly have a big problem with candidates who bulldoze their way in. Turnbull did it in Wentworth, but the worst offender is Greg Combet. In the election lead-up he displaced a popular female local member who lived in the electorate. He was bullied in from afar and then became an expert on all kinds of things that he plainly knows nothing about. So the loyal labour voters put him in, but next time around, the old loyalty may return. He's has no true base support.
There are probably others that I am unaware of, scorned voters may be angry voters.
