Debt or Equity is purely an accounting treatment.
Either the corporate entity writes off a loan (debt) or they write off an investment (equity).
Both of which is dead money if GBG fail to get production up.
I'll stay out of this forum from now on, obviously people here like to focus on things that don't really matter
