Lord Elpus,

Are you certain about that 6 year Capital gains tax break?

Would it mean that say if you owned an investment property and were also renting you would be in the same situation?

Would you also be required to get a valuation at the point in time when you bought a primary place of residence to determine what capital gains you would be exempt from?
