    Sometimes it takes the big boys some time to catch on so if you do load up, hold tight if there's any sell down during the day. If it's a decent deal it should easily be in line with other biotechs of around 140-170 mil MC, maybe more depending on the deal...and that's a good place to start :) good luck all
