In a ideal world, I would possibly agree, however when it comes to money, there is always greed and people/ institutions will find ways/loopholes etc.
Logically why was the shareprice over $1 a few years back without the progress or government grants ?
All manipulation! Keeping shareprice low for whatever reason - accumulation or takeover offer! Government don't just give million dollar grants to anyone without accountability!
