Confused as to why they are stumping up more cash. They are not the sort of outfit I would have thought would be investing in a spec oiler. I guess they are making sure NXS can move forward with Crux, and hopefully they will gain from contracts in the future.
I suspect they may also make some cash on the SP (once it gets back above $1.
