Currently they are kept with their parents.
Would you have it that they were separated ?
Then you could start a whole new round of ranting along the lines of comparing it to Aboriginal childred being separated from their parents in times gone by, or British childred being brought to Australia.
Then you post a map showing a room you call.

You imply that somehow the authorities classify these newborns as "offenders" and Australia is somehow guilty of some crime in having a room for newborn babies.
"A room for newborn babies." In fact, I believe thay have them in every hospital in Australia.
