On holiday 9hrs west of sydney. Woke at 1.30AM local time and saw weakness in DML. Hummed and haared then placed order at 1.20. At last minute before returning to bed i upped it to 1.225. I half-expected it would trigger but was shocked on waking after mkt close to see SP hit 1.085!! This has happend with KAS, VMS and other stks recently. The common factor is all have world class deposits in metals in strong demand. In addition they have zero cashflow and no divs. MLX does have earnings but along with other stks the other factors are weak buy-queue and numerous stop-losses... often on CFD accounts. The big players know this, and i reckon today's smash was premeditated. They were waiting for a weak streak on Wall Street and bang!! The 'proof' (and other common factor) is that in these shares the SP recovered very quickly. In DML's case withinn a couple of hours. Buyers who had orders queued below 1.15 have done exceptionally well.
