yeah watched the whole series.. simple fact is the first person paid at least $100K too much.. ouch!
Did the maths and Ch9 spent over $4m on the property side of things (inc stamp duty and common area's). This proves the days of flips are over.. I mean how much free advertising does it take to still have one of the properties passed in???
