I liked channel nine news tonight who did a cross promotion ad, aherm, I mean news report on the Block and the state of property. They've still got their heads in the sand. Saying that property was just fickle at the moment (not that one person was naive to pay 200k above reserve)
Though, as said earlier, I think they are the best contrarian indicator out there. eg. Channel nine news happened to pick the exact day of the AUD$ low (60 cents) to report that it was likely to head to 40 cents - two days later the RBA came out saying they had been buying the dollar, and it went to 70 in two weeks. Hmmm.......
