To rephrase the question, who are the BIG SELLERS? The most recent answer to that is from Barton's most recent advising of CHANGES IN SUBSTANTIAL HOLDING. In particular, Barton recently posted 3 CHANGES IN SUBSTANTIAL HOLDING on the same day, and they were 2nd, 3rd, and 4th largest holders in the company:

For anyone interested in Corporate Governance, it is most unusual for the Top 2, Top 3 and Top 4 holders to be all selling at the same time, and triggering notices on the same day, and begs the question, who are these big sellers, and are they related?
It gets more interesting, because the notices all bear the same postal address, namely:

* Suite 21, 22 Railway Subiaco WA 6008

That address is also interesting because it also comes up as the address where Barton itself held its AGM:

So let’s take them in turn:

1. Telarah Holdings Pty Ltd = Barton Director Neil Rose (Resigned 31/06/2023)

2. Gatej Pty Ltd = Barton Company Secretary Alister Blyth [ Resigned 2021 ] + **rielle Blyth

3. Six Fingers Pt. Ltd. as Trustee for Six Fingers Discretionary Trust = Alison Auld & Benjamin Auld
[Managing Director – Mining Plus Pty. Ltd.]

Mining Plus are listed in Barton announcements as the entity who do the resource work for Barton.

In summary:
All 3 sellers are or were listed as Barton insiders, including a: Director, Company Sec and the Resource Estimation people, and all sharing the same postal address.
