Was speaking to a mate to works for axa yesterday and he was telling me in passing, that they still had a number of frozen funds, mostly property trusts.
This concerned me as (a) I didnt think there were any funds still frozen and (b) surely this must be providing an artificial boost for (at least commercial) property?
In light of all the artificial stimulus going on like frozen redepmtions, frozen building projects and FHOG, what are peoples views in light of this?
who knew funds still had frozen redemptions?
