Just a week (at the very most) for EOFY sellers and they are definitely coming out and starting to get a bit desperate. There may not be another ann to spike the price and Steve might even live up to form and could even call a TH during next week and people with CGs from LKE who were definite sellers, could be stuck with their CG offsets for another 12 months.
But, buyers are lapping it up and grabbing every one of those that are selling at the lower prices (as one would!!!). Roll on EOFY!!
