    I have already posted the data on this and the link a couple of weeks ago.

    In Summary

    The license applies specifically to the United States and Canada and to Transgene’s TG4010 expressing MUC1 and IL2, and TG4001 expressing HPV antigens and IL2.

    VHL - would get up to $9M for TG4010 and up to $3M for TG4001 (I see from another document they got at least $2.5M for TG4001)

    In addition Virax will receive a royalty on net sales of the licensed products in North America.

    So only North America sales royalty for TG4010 and this MUC1 and IL2 must apply to.
