There is a substantial volume of Con Notes being converted at the US equivalent of A$0.20. Since this is in effect a cap raising with scrip being issued per all the ASX announcements you are seeing then the price will loiter here until that is finished or PSD redeems the remaining notes per the recent capital raising for that purpose.

The price has retreated here as the market (right or wrongly) expects some or all of the new shares to be stagged for a small profit.

Given all the things happening for PSD it seems like a decent point to buy if you like this stock.
