MMM I've a more positive outlook than yourself SAV, but have to agree that If it is indeed a 72o,ooo project that is 70% down the path to production than surely it should get practically undiverted attention.
Especially if the chinese continue to 'Visit' without putting anything on paper and getting some runs on the board.
