70% represents a relatively significant scale back which is great!
Buy side above 8c looks relatively strong as well which is what you would expect in the circumstances.
I wonder what the scope for (additional) retail top up will be. Pretty sure some "small" and/or less informed retail investors wont take up their entitlements - too small, too hard, don't really follow the stock, think the offer doc is AGM/Proxy form junk mail etc etc.
