    Peking pork ribs or the like:

    Marinate the following:
    1 kg pork ribs or the like.
    4 tablespoos soy.
    2 tablespoon rice wine.
    1 teaspoon salt.

    Deep fry barbecue or roast.

    Make sauce in a small saucepan with the following:
    4 tablespoons water.
    2 tablespoons tomato ketchup.
    2 tablespoons black vinegar.
    2 tablespoon brown sugar.
    2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce.
    1 tablespoon plum sauce.
    1 tablespoon chili ox sauce.
    ½ teaspoon sweet bean sauce or hoisin sauce.
    1 pinch Chinese five-spice.
    Liquid smoke of the like.
