2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce.
1 tablespoon plum sauce.
1 tablespoon chili ox sauce.
½ teaspoon sweet bean sauce or hoisin sauce.
1 pinch Chinese five-spice.
Liquid smoke of the like.
