Smoked corn beef:
Slice raw corn beef into a steaks.
Soak in water to remove some of the salt.
In a pan roast in a 2 to 3 mm of water at 90 c until tender.
Dry and coat in rub and smoke in the webber charcoal webber until brown.
Serve with mustard sauce and barbecue cabbage and other vegetables.
Alternatively:

Dry and coat in rub and smoke in the charcoal webber with the lid on.
Slice.
Serve with mustard sauce and barbecue cabbage and other vegetables.
