    miso sauce:

    Blend the following:
    ½ cup soy sauce.
    ½ cup rendered beef fat or seafood stock.
    ½ cup olive oil.
    ¼ cup miso paste.
    3 teaspoon toasted sesame oil.
    2 tablespoon minced lemon grass.
    3 garlic cloves (peeled).
    20 mm piece ginger.1
    Zest and juice of 1 lime.
    1 tablespoon worcestershire.


    Serve on barbecue seafood.
