1 cup sake.
½ cup soy sauce.
½ cup brown sugar.
½ cup corn flour.
2 tablespoons sesame oil.
1 tablespoon brown sugar.
1 tablepoon salt.
And some of the following:
150 mm pressed ginger.
10 pressed garlic cloves.
¼ cup black pepper.
¼ cup worcestershire.
1 tablesoon liquid smoke.
Batch fry in 10 mm of olive oil.
