    Well this is a head spinner.With only 5% voting power who does MAK think they are to request a resolution to remove a director.IMO this is a great opportunity for UCL SH,s to show MAK that they don,t want or need MAK dictating UCL,s future.Shall be very interesting to see how UCL board deal with this.
