    There is going to be a CR as part of the deal; $3m -$5m (min 2c per share).

    If the deal goes ahead RYG will have 1.5b shares, 389.7m Options (RYGOB), 105m options, 150m performance shares, 320m incentive options and the shares from a CR of $3m -$5m (min 2c per share).
