We point to the management as a whole, not just individuals, for criticisms. Overall, the management does not have proactive or updated stretigies to move the company forward. What is the purpose of having two or three loyalties-earning products while the marketing of the products is not well enough?
The management should answer a very basic question: what is the expected return of the investments on which they are spending shareholders' cash?
