I'll still waiting for someone to explain how insulating 1.1 million homes (for an average electricity saving of $200 per year for 20+ years) at a cost of only $1.5b is a total waste of money.
I keep driving past the two story hall/gym building being added to nearby school and I keep looking at all those people working and the fact that it will be there for 50/60/70 years and I still can't figure out how it is a total waste of money.
