This is my first play with the stockmarket. I do however own a couple of investment properties.

A workmate first told me about centro when the price crashed late last year. He reckons he bought and sold on the first few days which doubled his money. I got excited and quickly set up a commsec account. Then I started reading and reading all I could via the net. Anyhow..

Bought 2000 at 1.14 on the 27th of DEC
Bought 2000 at 1.25 on he 4th of JAN
Bought a futher 5000 for my mum (with her money :D) also on the 4th..

I'll probably wait till the price goes to around at least $1.50 per share then will sell. Obviously I'd like more ie $2ps but I need the funds to renovate a property which should be vacant mid febuary.

Even at $1.50 share price, I'd have an average of 28 cents profit per share ie which is about 2.5k profit
My mate at work told me not to be too gready and to set my self a realistic goal :)
