I don't believe the Matmor pilot plant has commenced construction at all.
A 6000-8000 tonne P.A pilot plant would cost approx. $10mil which is money they clearly do not have at present.
The end of the year date that was stipulated as the commencement date, I assume is founded on ECT having had by then received funding by Monash Capital.
Not to mention a lot of the DFT's feed directly into the Matmor effort, and they too, are yet to be complete also.
