Thanks Dejavoo. If KSC do not put out an announcement soon, I'll think about hassling them to do so, because the money involved is significant.
Transport is a difficult business to run well, and many trucking companies fail. I live in Adelaide, and only recently Allsons went into Administration - see http://www.fullyloaded.com.au/news/industry/1405/costs-spiral-puts-allsons-transport-into-administration/ This should help KSC - less competition.
Linfox seems to be travelling well, so why cannot KSC do better than it has done over the last decade, especially now that it is in a position to gain some synergies by acquiring SCC?
