Just remember that the green tenements are live and the blue have not been granted yet.They are still tied up with native title issues etc,but certainly the listed companies that come up are the first ones to have rights to these tenements once all issues have been cleared.They have approximately 5 yrs to do this and then they are up for grabs.Why don't you try submitting a prospecting tenement over the top of a blue one (you can do this),max land area 200 acres or 2km x 1km.
