Billroy - you are barking up the wrong tree here. OZL ownership of Toro is not an exploration or development assets it is an equity investment.
It does not appear in the result of the resolution because it is worded as "what does Minmetals buy" perspective - and they are not acquiring ANY equity investments. they do not need to mention something that isnt purchased, just what is purchased.
By the way, what is included or not included in the sale is very clear from the explanatory booklet.
