IMO some form of joint venture but we won't know for sure until the announcement comes out.We know from the Qrtly QMC are in talks on a possible three JVs on different leases.So IMO a JV is the likely scenario.

As stated in todays announcement:
QMC is holding discussions with the tenement holder with a view in developing and expanding the exploration programme.
