Sorry Bodo288,I do not own the land,I own the trees.I will talk to the IWC and see what the legal eye has to say.
But I must say that some people who you would not hesitate at giving you answer and they are learned people have said I will get back to you
If it pans out that my trees have been carbon pinched, guess what?there aint a thing you can legally do
from further investigation it maybe that the trees you own and paid for and average 25m3 per annum growth per hectare are encumbered by the CO2 credits, that in WA are allowed to do.
That will if true annoy PPPL,as for the other states its a mixed bag
Just another note if you know people that have stock cattle certificates get them to talk to IWC as we are still at it on the cattle and we would appreciate it,as the police are really digging at it and ownership of the investor cattle paperwork is paramount cheers
If you saw the latest landline on the ABC,you would have noticed a spectacular forward prediction that after the deadline of 2010 that credits could eventually be parallel in price to oil, sensational I am going to flatten the home and plant a jungle
Sorry Bodo288,I do not own the land,I own the trees.I will talk...
