    I worry that rural balance sheets, and the credit situation going forward, will make it difficult to finance the changes to more productive use of the MIS land.
    But you're probably right, if "difficult" was a problem, there wouldn't be much farming done at all.
    I'm very much a city boy, with farming friends. They are much harder nuts than me.
