If this goes belly up, what happens to the technology. Who owns the Patents? I'm guessing the last people that would be, would be us share holders.
Does the company have debt, or just running out of capital? Is there any meat left on the bones that may be distributed to shareholders (maybe some office stationary, items in lost property).
Where are other people seeing this one ending? Personally I think (hope) that there may be some chance to pull this one out of the fire as it would be terrible to let this technology die. (In a few years we may be all laughing from our yachts about how worried we were back in 2009).
Where is the government support for a great Aussie invention, that not only sells us throughout the world, but fixes the unavailable of the existing tests to women.
No point in selling for a hand full of beans at the moment, may as well hold what little is left and roll the dice on this one.
