    The government of the day has to pay out of Qld consolidated revenue ... not that Labor left any I gather lol.

    A quick note to all the regulars on this forum ... I head to Nepal in the morning for 3 weeks trekking and sight seeing ... if I miss a huuuuuge short lived sp spike whilst I am gone the universe is trying to tell me something 8))
