I think you are mistaken in your statement CD has already made his money?

He has lost his ass like the rest of us, i think he has punted around 2.5M on this POS company.

The fact that he is one of the biggest losers doesn't give him immunity from the law, and license to say whatever he pleases

He was the one who signed off on the quarterly and production update, which were clearly misleading to SHs

Anyone have any further comments on a class action
