well i am looking at punter another 6k on this POS.

I am entitled to 1.2M shares as i have 400k shares.

Really loathing to throw good money after bad on this one but the reasoning is as follows:

kmc & pxg to merge,
PXG 146M shares at 0.18cents = 26.3M MC
KMC 1.3B shares at 0.01cents = 13M MC

so if its an all scrip takeover or merger
18KMC shares to one PXG share
or 1 PXG share for 18KMC shares
whichever.

merged entity has MC of 40M and owns a stack of land

Only having a punt because i figure Simon Lee has a solid track record

Hopefully he knows what he is doing
Hopefully the board gets the boot the lot of em'.
