The capital raising is at 1 cent.

My belief is that when this stock re-lists, post the capital raising (presuming the underwriting is validated), then with over 1 billion shares being quoted, it's price will reduce to below 1 cent.

So keep your money.

And why not give your capital raising allotment at 1 cent to Mr Lee, then, if you are that much of a devil for punishment, buy the shares back at less than a cent, when they are re-listed.

The other time factor, that this gives you, is the chance to see if any or all of these directors will be sacked after the capital raising.

Alternatively, sell and use this as your annual tax write-off.

At the moment, this is not a forgiving market. You will probably find there will be 1 billion KMC shares for sale and no buyers at 1 cent.
