Can you please elaborate more on the proposed class action against KMC by Slater & Gordon?

I was misled by the quarterly and telcoms with the MD and I am sure there are grounds for a class action to be raised.

Cannot believe the upbeat announcements made before the rug was pulled out from under us.

The only question though is if a class action was successful where is the money going to come from to pay misled shareholders.

The company is broke. They have pissed all the shareholder funds raised up against a wall.

Would it come from CDs directors insurance?

The buck stops with him, he was the one who signed off on the misleading announcements.

ALot of people have been done over by the guy. I was to see some punishment i.e. jail time metered out to those responsible.
