I can find an article that Admiral Bay was sold, but no details on sale price, or who it was sold to. Queensland assets went to the Hong Kong buyer.
Maybe I haven't been looking hard enough through the ann's, but how can a company be delisted, with no announcement about one of its main assets? Maybe it sold after delisting, but where do such notifications get posted in such a case?
