There is nothing wrong with having a plan cap.
If the overall markets hold up at these levels we will see the market have a run up prior to Christmas.
At least today put some fire in the bellies of SBN holders.
Lets hope gsw is correct re Mexico,there is no doubt he will get it right one day.
