NO, don't you read the announcements or listen to AGM releases.
This is thought to be the platform that gets the results for a sale. We have already had the CR for PL4 to be completed AND PL5 to progress during the sale process. This has always been said to take place. This doesn't ever stop being expanded or worked on. It's a continual work in progress, most probably for the next twenty years of its lifespan.
2023 is touted again as the year when we are finally getting the product to market. BUT, it won't stop being furthered in itself, in other words, it won't gather dust on the shelf waiting for a buyer as it's never actually a finished product..... never. And 4 DS has always said that to be its plan.
So NO more diluting of shares. IMEC is paid up and Stanford will keep doing work on improving cell performance etc, always been in the plan buddy always.
