I have just received my voting papers and I too am voting NO!!
I am completely baffled by this all, I haven't voted for this yet, none of us have yet AYC are reaping the rewards and selling all our gold!
ORS can say what they want, imo the fact is us shareholders are not going to see any of the money or shares regarding the sale of the only real asset ORS has! Seriously, what do we have now?...... NOTHING!
And now we are not receiving any AYC shares, its simply a kick in the teeth!
I am just sharing my thoughts as a shareholder, everyone else should vote which ever way they feel but I feel really let down.
