Yes Royalpunter there would be a few hurdles for BHP, to deal with the border issues.But I firmly believe it is an issue that BHP will be able to overcome.Money talks and after the failed attempt by BHP to acquire Potash Corp,it left them with $b,s to play with.It also allowed Chinas hand to be shown,on how important it is to their strategy to gain a hold in the fertilizer market place.I reckon it would pain BHP to much to see China pulling a potash deal with STB.Think greed will be the force here,and no govt would turn down BHP money when it,s on offer.Wouldn,t be surprised to hear BHP is working on it right now.Who ever is the suiter that STB deals with,STB are in the best possible position to make a deal to suit them.
