I believe water was addressed in the PFS - cant remember the details, but being in the dialin conference it was confirmed as a non-issue.
I believe subsequently there was further confirmation that BMN would be a consumer of the output of a new nam-water desal plant.
This is all off the top of my head so please DYOR as it might not be 100% spot on.
